Events that led J.C Wiatt to start her own business
J.C Wiatt in the movie is a career- driven woman called the tiger lady. She is very busy with her career that she oftentimes neglects her normal life and relaxation. J. C Wiatt works as an executive with a corner office, a six-figure salary and a loveless relationship thats why she is called the tiger lady. If you would come to think of it, J.C Wiatt has actually an eminent career. So the big question now is What triggered her to start her own business Well, after watching the movie I found out that at first she was not really planning to put up her own business. She does not need to put up any kind of business considering a very comfortable life. However her life was thrown into turmoil when one day she learned that she had inherited a baby named Elizabeth from a deceased relative whom she hadnt even seen since 1954 Soon she was so busy caring for Elizabeth that her beautiful life begun to suffer, culminating in the loss of her boyfriend and her job. Now she is a single unemployed mother and she needed to move to Vermont to start a new life with Elizabeth. Since she is unemployed and there is a need for money she decided to try and sell her product to the market. So I believe that answers the question on why J. C Wiatt with a great career decided to start her own business.

Motivators for J. C Wiatt to start her baby food venture and why she will succeed
J. C Wiatt was unprepared to take the responsibility of being a single mother. She is not prepared to be one and with her previous lifestyle, I cant even imagine she sees herself being one. However everything changed when she eventually embraced the fact that she is officially a single mother. J. C Wiatt lose not only her wonderful, high paying job but also her high cost lifestyle. Everything had changed when J. C Wiatt and Elizabeth left New York and moved to Vermont. They left the busy life of New York with a plan of having a perfectly simple life. One snowy day, J. C Wiatt got bored and decided to make an apple sauce for her baby. She fed Elizabeth with the apple sauce that she made and to her surprise, Elizabeth loved it. Since her baby loved it, she then decided to try and sell her home- made apple sauce. Eventually, everyone heard about it and wanted to have a taste of her famous home made apple sauce. Since the apple sauce was in demand, J. C Wiatts attention was called by her previous manager who offered to buy her product at any price and get her back to her prestigious life. For J. C Wiatts, it was very tempting but she didnt grab that opportunity realizing that she is happy with her life right now. She also believed that she will be able to expand her enterprise without sacrificing her personal life. With the given fact that her boss is willing to buy her product at any amount it means that they perceive the product to do well in the business market. Now with the demand in the market for the baby food, I strongly believe that her product will make it to the top.

The growing investment
I believe that the apple sauce will intensify. First is the fact that the baby food is a necessity. There is a need for the product in the market. All babies need food to eat and they cant just eat any type of food but a baby food which J. C Wiatt is offering. Second, she already identified her customers. She knows who they are and how to get their attention as mothers for she is a mother herself. Third, the home made apple sauce is easy to make. The ingredients that she is using or she will be using are easy to find so she will not have any difficulty supplying it. And lastly, she is dedicated to what she is doing. Let me remind you that the apple sauce is the food that she (J. C Wiatt) made especially for her baby (Elizabeth). I strongly believe that we do best most especially if we are dedicating it to someone close to our hearts.

Recommendation for a successful business
Business venture can be associated with gambling. You dont know whether or not you will succeed in your endeavour. As a new businesswoman, I would recommend J. C Wiatt to be ready to whatever challenge or test her business may face in the future. Just to set her expectation, having a business in a fast- paced environment is not going to be easy. She needs to have the right attitude towards things in order to overcome every obstacle that would come her way. I was able to read some pointers and I want to share it with her. It says that in order to be a good businesswoman and build a good business she needs to be persistent which means that amidst the constantly changing environment, she should remain permanently the same.  Now there is a different case though sometimes no matter how hard we try to be persistent we cannot avoid change. So if you cannot really overcome change, then at least be ready to easily adapt to it. Open your mind to new ideas new design perhaps, a new flavour or a new name. Dont forget that the word new is almost always associated with the word good. Embrace change and learn to adapt to it comfortably. Assess risks. Make sure that your knowledge about your business will not be stagnant. Study about it and make sure you above all other people should fully understand what your business is all about. Try to find out what are the risk factors that will affect your business. Try to avoid them as much as you can but make sure that you will also be ready to face those risks. The better you are at assessing risk, the better your outcome.
