The paper talks about two of the leading countries in the world that are United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. UK is a well developed country that is located in the European continent while Saudi Arabia is known in the world as the richest country in the Middle East. Both the countries evolved economically and socially over time and pose a unique frame work of social freedom, health care and immigration possibilities to its people. UK is more liberal with the way its people live and act whereas Saudi Arabia being an Islamic state has certain norms and limitations as per the teachings of Islam that keeps in people intact. As far as the health care infrastructure is concerned, both the countries have a well established network of both the private and public hospitals that assures free and state of the art health care to its people as and when required.

Finally the two countries share similar patterns in facilitating immigration. UK has always welcomed skilled labor and students from rest of the world who could facilitate in the economic growth of the country. Saudi Arabia has many rich feudal lords who are least likely to work so they have always welcomed skilled worker from other parts of the world to perform economic activity for them.

Freedom

The state government takes it as their sole responsibility to ensure proper health care and standard of life for its residents to achieve its health care goals. A whole system runs to boost this head by promoting various medical schools and other medical institutions to train people and to entertain all in need of health care. A major part of the UK Gross domestic product is devoted to health care and there is an ever increasing expenditure on this head to continuously improve the standard of health care services in UK. A tax collection system is well in place that feeds the government with sufficient revenues to therefore finance its health care industry in the best possible manner. UK has employed experts from other parts of the world to support their health care programs. It invests massively in newer state of the art medical infrastructure and also has an immaculate research and development forum to keep its standards best in the world.

A transparent budget allocation system is in place that sets aside the required budget to health care. Lately the element of immigration has contributed dramatically to sudden increase in the population of UK. This injection of foreign immigrants is fostered by the free flow of people falling in the European Union, however a greater tendency was seen in immigrants from the South Asian world.

Saudi nationals have a lot of wealth and they dont have the enthusiasm to work so they hire international talent by fostering immigrations. A total of 6, 361,000 foreign immigrants reside in the country making 25.25 of the total population of comprising of foreign immigrants.

Conclusion
The two countries been discussed above, each have its own unique history and place in the heart of the world. UK is a developed nation and a popular one in the European continent while Saudi Arab is the world giant oil exporter. UK is a more multi facet country that progressed with time while Saudi Arab was luckier with the inherited natural resource base it had. On the health care front, nearly both the countries have a similar treatment for its residents backed up by state and private health care facilities. As far as freedom is concerned, UK being a European country is more liberal towards societal freedom encompassing the legal, educational, cultural, religious, and social aspects of life compared to Saudi Arabia. Finally on the immigration front, both countries have been more welcoming to immigration. UK is preferred on the educational front where as Saudi Arabia on the employment front. Overall the two countries have their solid existence in the world, where UK is the European giant and Saudi Arab is one of the richest country in the Middle East.
